Hi Shell

Tickets are on sale already, if you go on www.vfestival.com and click on the link it will show you sites where you can buy tickets now. Be sure to get campervan tickets and not ordinary weekend camping.

Wristbands don't get released til you get there. They send tickets out about a week or so before and you have to go to a wristband exchange point on site. As far as I know people don't know the colour of wristbands until we get ther.

You need to leave pretty early. Campsite opens at 12 but theres queues from about 10, and then a mad rush to get in!

Hope this helps...I've no idea about louder lounge. If you search through the forums on here you will find loads more about campervan-ing it at V. Have a fab time! xx

No idea about the Louder lounge so you may want to look into that one.

With regards to Hylands, you buy either Yellow or Red Camping to which you get the appropriate colour wristband. Wristbands were actually sent out this year instead of tickets so no need to go and exchange them.

Early bird tickets are currently on sale but already sold out for Chelmsford, so you'll have to wait until March when they put them all on sale.

Car park opens at ten and campsite is meant to open at 12! But we got to the campsite at 12.20 this year and it was pretty much full up and had to camp in the Quiet Zone, there is no way all those people had pitched their tents in twenty minutes so god knows what time they actually opened it but it was def before 12.

If your coming from that far I would travel down the night before and stay in a B&B and get there EARLY if you want a good pitch. Loads more information will come up again next year on here just keep an eye on it. Or you can search posts for this year, everything you need to know is on here somewhere! :-)
