The weather seem cold and I think this got to the crowd !

away from the crowd was obnoxious, arrogant and rude! in my opinion the atmosphere gets worse and worse at leeds and to many pricks around.
to many people packed into the site, especially the main stage. There will be an accident if they keep going for profit over safety, with the burger vans being so close.
thought the security, customers upport etc etc were top notch and no complaints there.
food wise int he villiage wa a bit basic and could of had bit more variety, but thats a petty gripe.
getting in and out of the site on wednesday and monday was good aswel and was easy and quick.
overall a good weekend, but just cant understand why people who go have to be aggressive and dicks at leeds. I dont think they will be able to get back what festival crowds used ot be like and it will be like it or go elsewhere.

Other than that I was pretty impressed with this years Leeds. At the back the sound quality was the best I've ever heard at this festival and I've been going since 2004

I'm beginning to think I was at a diff KOL performance to everyone else. I was just back from the big screen on the right n had loads of space to dance around. How odd! Plus was easy to get in and out. Not sure if thats coz I turned up half way thru the first song tho

Sunday always seems to be busier ! , KOL are very popular at the mo which does not help.
I saw KOL twice last year at Glasto and V , so wandered over to see Faith No More , the tent
was not full so that did not help. Guess they could not attract a massive crowd from KOL ,
Wandering to see them FNM , there were plenty of people leaving
the arena tho !

The campsite was fine, I was situated within blue valley and with the exception of some 'red army' types lashing stuff at another set of people further down the path there wasn't very much trouble.
The security were perfect, stopped to adivse us about keeping are valuables safe and being on hand throughout the sunday night putitng out dangerous fires.
The decision to relocate the nme/radio1 stage in the past 2 years has been the best decision they've made regarding the arena since it moved to Braham Park, but if they keep on increasing the capacity every year theres going to be a horrible accident eventually.

I was that side too and there was loads of space. However on friday night was the other side for the prodigy and i think people walk into the arena see the main stage and then stop - don't bother moving round to where there is more space.
