As far as I know:
05: Leeds green plastic, not sure about reading
then they started fabric wrist bands
06: Blue with red writing at leeds, red with blue writing at Reading
07:Green at Leeds, Not sure about reading
08: Both were Brown
Someone else probably knows more.
