I know this is such a looong shot but I lost my camera at Hylands Park on Saturday.  It hasnt been handed in as far as I know (I have filed a report with lost and found) and I am desperate to get it back as there were pics that I hadnt had time to down load yet from my holiday.

It is a silver fuji film camera 8 megapixel camera - if you look through the pics the first one is a pic of my o/h asleep on the carpet with his top off

The memory card is the most important thing - obviously I would like to get the camera back if I could and I am offering a reward for its safe return.

If anyone knows anything I would be so grateful.

Thanks
Gemma

I really hope that someone has the decency and contacts you.  There is nothing worse when something like that goes missing which is not easily replaceable.. Good Luck...

Thank you - can I also add that I have made a group on facebook "V-Festival lost camera" it is a public group that anyone can join.  If anyone wishes to help could they please join the group and pass it on to all their friends to join too - its simply so that anyone who went to V or who knows anyone who went to V can join the group and MAYBE it will reach the person who has my camera - very six degrees of seperation!!

their email address is lostproperty@wavesltd.org

You will need to email them with a description of your camera and also what the first couple of pics would be so they can match the camera.

I emailed them yesterday (following on from reporting it on the Sunday) and they havent bothered to reply.

Hope you have better luck than me though!!!

I know this is so last year, but for the info and benefit of everybody, a lost camera or anything in a train or somewhere else might not be recover. There is a very very slim chance to get it back. The best thing to do is to be careful and check things often as you go.

Ooh thanks I NEVER thought of that!  :D  I am well aware that I will most likely never see my camera again but if I dont try then I DEFINATELY wont see it again!

If some people were not so f***ing dishonest then idiots like me who loose their camera would be reuinted with it as it would get handed in!
