I am not starting a complaining post, I am seriously disturbed by what I witnessed and it had me in tears and feeling really scared and sick....

Saw 2 guys (and I could swear they had beer but my OH said it was coke) driving one of the not security buggys but like one with a back which I later saw them dismantling the tea tent at tower 16 and putting it on there so I presume they did actually work there.... anyway they came speeding like hell down the path near us and then just f**ked around on it for ages and ages... and then decided that they were going to start running over tents seriously - it was about 11... maybe til half past... yes people needed to be up and moving but there was still a REAL chance some could be in their tents - or like us - stood behind a massive one that had been abandoned.... the thought that they were that stupid that they were prepared to kill people cos lets face it, you wouldnt stand a chance - just is so beyond me!!!!
I just cant believe they were doing it - I dont know if there is any way to report them - sooo many people must have seen it - just wondered if any of you did. They did a gazebo and tent right near us and I thought I was going to vomit.

Well I didnt wake up till late so that could have been my tent...Hearing this scares the hell out of me...

Really? I was camped at tower 16 round the back of the Burger Bus. Good job I had already left by that time though! How scary!

yep they were mainly doing it in front and behind the burger bus, we were camped across the path looking at the burger bus but they still came and did a gazebo next to us.... Im so disturbed by it

Not good. You should really email V to tell them what you saw...they probably won't reply but then you at least can say you tried to do something about it.

They came around about 9am by me and was kicking peoples tents in and telling people to get out now, in a right arsey way, some girl said our ticket says you can stay here until midday, and he was like I don't care what the ticket says get out now.

Other than that I had no problem with the staff all weekend [but I was at Staffs]

yep tickets said midday... I heard them going round with loudhailer things telling us to get out.... arses.
I think I will email.... better than doing nothing I suppose. Still well freaked out by it.

Agreed Skizz, the security on Red Campsite were complete idiots, they didn't have a clue about anything, we had to camp in the 'Quiet Zone' and when I asked the bloke on the gate what it was and why was it different he came back with 'it shuts at 10pm'! I told him he was clearly talking shite as the bands were still playing then! His reply was to shrug his sholders! Another one directed me completely the wrong way to the quiet zone and I ended up walking threw tents to try and find it! They came round and threatended to chuck us out loads of times, we had 12 Northern guys next to us who were playing music and were just really funny, the guys just looked at them and said 'yeah whatever' and they just walked away! lol.

this in my 3 v experiences is the normal thing to happen at a v along with the odd rape a lot of voilence shit bursting out of unmaintained toilets and no hand washing facilities, now i go to europe, non of this crap happens there and it is cheaper, they value their customers

we heard some of them talking they thought they were working till wednesday then hes mate corrected him telling him the festival finnished sunday not a clue we will never go back to v its changed so much in the last 2 years money grabbing arseholes they did make you feel like fookin cattle
