Dear V Festival,

I bought tickets with a group of friends when they went on sale. We have all been looking forward to our third year at V. Unfortunately I fell 6 weeks ago and broke my ankle in 3 places and ended up having operation to insert plates. pins etc and have now got a pot on. I have to go back tomorrow to have my pot taken off but will still need crutches to walk. I am still wanting to attend v festival but would like to know if we will be able to camp on disabled campsite? And use the disabled car park. Altogether there will be 4 of us. Could you please advise me what to do and if this is ok? I have a letter from my doctor explaing i am temporarily disabled.

Could you please get back to me asap please as i am a little worried what i am going to do and have sent 21 emails to 3 other email addresses for v festival (web@vfestival.com help@vfestival.com and contact@vfestival) with no reply. Hope someone can help me.

your gonna have to turn up and hope for the best, they defo wont allow all 4 of you in the campsite if they do it will only be you and 1 other as your carer. They do sell disabled camping seperatley so it'll be touch and go and a case of who you speak to, if I were you I woud turn up nice and early so if they say no you can get a space near to the arena

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INJURY/BECOME PREGNANT SINCE BOOKING MY TICKETS, CAN I NOW USE THE DISABLED FACILITIES? Not unless you have become a registered disabled person.

thats from the official website. although it does say if you have mobility issues the stewards may let you onto the viewing platforms

sounds a bit shyte to me
