Hi, a friend and I have tickets for the yellow campsite but some other friends have tickets for the red - does anyone know if you are allowed into other campsites if you are not camping in them? Also, what's the yellow one like? I've only ever camped in red before.

No, sorry . . . you cannot move from yellow to red, or vice versa.

You're only allowed in the campsite you're allowed in, otherwise people would be saying "I'm going to see my mates" all weekend when they reach security
