welly's (hopefully not, but never fails to lash it)(still great)
spare dry clothes
wet wipes
vodka
air bed & pump
torch for tent
a smile

dunno about the cash, but we always take about £150.00 but the less cash the better coz there is a cash machine that opens(long que but better than ur money lost)

I would recommend walkingboots/wellies, not trainers. Shorts or three quarters, not jeans, loo roll(basic living essentials really, toothbrush, sleepingbag etc)

Their is a page about this on the offical v website, i think its near the bottom right of the page, the camping pages.

I would also recommend finding the camping page, it tells you all about the camp sites, which are nice and which are not so nice.

and NEVER forget your ticket :D

And about the money, it all depends on what your taking, (how much booze/food)

There are a few threads for newbies but to save you searching here goes

Tent
Airbed (foam roll mat if you can sleep on a board)
sleeping bag (or cheap quilt that you can leave)
small gas cooker or BBQ
Torch & batteries
Plastic or disposable plate, cup & a cheap pan
Loo roll & wet wipes
small bowl (you can boil water and have a festival bath, always makes you feel better)
deodorant & soap
Toothbrush & paste
Other personal bit
bin bags (can almost fix any situation)
small camp chair or inflatable for night time festi chit chat
wellies, hoodie for night (can get a wee bit nippy with all that alcohol floating around your blood ;) )
few changes of clothes and make sure they are in a waterproof bag, you will be really cheesed if all your clothes get wet.
Food eg, pot noodle, beans & sausages, burgers for BBQ, bacon, them meals in a can can be OK ;) chrisps & lots of chocolate ;) :P
and as much drink as your little arms can carry  :P :P
you could get a cheap wheel barrow or trolly for lugging all your stuff (depending where you park it can be a hellllll of a mooch to the camp site)
