It would be superb if the organisers can get RAMMSTEIN to headline next year. The band have a new album to promote and after seeing Metallica's flame and fireworks effects late at nite we need RAMMSTEIN.

Would be awesome. I hear Downloads in talks with them, but it wouldnt work so well at download i'd have thought - considering it would take a while to set up the stage I'd have thought as theres usually only a 20 minute max gap between bands (this would be fine for sonisphere, due to staggering, theyd have like an hour to set up)

I saw them for the first time last night at the MEN arena and they were amazing, the stage performance was the best I have ever seen in 20 + years of gigs.
The pyrotechniques made Metallica's look like a child with a sparkler, I was also really impressed with Till's voice. I thought I would be a little lost as I don't know much German but its true, there are no barriers when listening to good music.
I will definitely be buying a Sonisphere ticket now.
