They were starting to take it off when I was there yesterday, I'll add some photos if I get chance.

The grass was back to being nice and green again already, I know it was a pretty dry year but I was surprised how quick it had grown back. After all the rain though there was a lot of puddles about. The only real activity was a few people around the pyramid. A couple of tractors were driving about but not sure what they were doing. There were still a few people staying on site up by the farm in trucks.

The clean up was all complete, amazing how they manage to pick up (almost) every last thing. In the hour I was on site I literally seen about 5 tiny items of rubbish - everything was gone, right down to all the cigerette butts.

Are you allowed to just walk about the site then? How near to it can you get to by car? I'm heading down to Taunton next week and wanted to drop by the site.

If you go down Worthy Lane you can get right by it - literally see it through the hedges from the public road by the farmhouse. A few people on here have recommended going to the farmhouse and asking if it's OK to look around. I didn't want to bother anyone and thought they must get a lot of it, so just parked on a verge and went through a gate onto site. We kept to the tracks and didn't go too close to any of the machinery that was about or areas where people were working. You shouldn't have any problems.
