Nice review dude, i agree with most of what you said, not too subjective and you don't come across as pompous but well spoken and considered.

That's a really good review mate - well written, comprehensive, and it gives a real feel for the event. It needs a few minor edits in places where you overstress some points (something you alude to at the top of the post), try not to use too many cliches (this occurs mostly in the opening, where you use - return to form/spiritual home/hairy metalheads/rock and roll mayhem/pretenders to the throne in quick succession), and there's a couple of times where you become a little bit too subjective (e.g. saying that the Prodigy were better than Slipknot, even though you hadn't seen both sets), but these are small quibbles about a great piece of writing. Good job!

Brilliant review. I agree about NIN {i was like whaaaa no Head Like a Hole or Wish or Hand That Feeds} and about hurt being amazing. Keep up the good work.

I agree...I really admire reviewers like your kind. Now I can look forward to your other reviews. Nice one!
