Believe that nothing's happening - IIRC the early birds who paid for THursday access have received a refund - there's going to be a huge Q on Friday morning - I wonder what time the gates open?

That's annoying, the que wasn't too bad last year as some people were already in. I believe they were meant to open at 8am but didnt open until about 8.30/9am last year!

Which means that the queing will start just that bit earlier this year and the residents (and other miscellaneous people who use the A5 on a regular basis for commuting and such) will have something else to complain about. Whoop!

yeah queues will be a bit silly methinks, I've just booked a hotel in shifnal for the thursday night then we only have a few miles to go friday morning instead of setting off from home at daft o'clock!!

anybody any ideas what time we should get there? we are planning on setting off at 6, so we'll get to jct 12 for 6.45 from north bound.
do you reckon we'll end up quite far back in the que if we go that time?
