Just a quick one folks........

On the Monday middayish Worthy Fm played a tune which sounded like Lily Allen alongside a reggae mc blokey, normal Lily quality but comical lyrics. Quite liked it and can't seem to find a Worthy track listing anywhere.

Cheers

There was a massive Lily Allen fan on these forums before Glasto. Not noticed him since. He might know. I'll see if I can recall the name......

Edit: Lily is the Princess, I think.

It could be 'Reggae Merengue' by Tommy Cook and the Supersonics.  A bit old school though - sounds like early ska.  No lyrics.

Otherwise, there's a track called 'Mad LDN' with General Levy mixed with Lily Allen.

If you've got Spotify, both are available on that.  If you haven't, then get it.

Thanks for the replies, but its neither of those tunes. I should perhaps describe it as a bit less mcish from the blokey side. Quite a slowish one to be honest. Wish I could remember the subject matter, maybe something along the lines of partys and getting it on so to speak.
