Our campervan ticket arrived yesterday but there's no hanging sign for the window, it states on the ticket to display the hanging sign in your window, between us and our mates we have 5 camper tickets and none of us had the hanging sign. We called seetickets yesturday and they said they will need to get back to us.

Anyone had the hanging sign with their campervan ticket?

I received my campervan ticket a few days ago too, and didn't get the hanger either. I had an email off see to say that they would be dispatched to be received yesterday... but I haven't got it yet. I assume they are being dispatched separately and will receive it imminently. I'm not worrying yet as I don't normally get the tickets till about 2 days before anyway!

The email I got said the would send them out yesterday (Tuesday 5th) but I think they will just send them in the normal post as they have no value as such .

I'm guessing they will come in the normal post too, seetickets didn't have a clue what I was talking about and I had to ring back 3 times, looks like they've sorted it now....

Hi I've only had my ticket and no hanging sign - i thought you exchanged it when we got there? Any thoughts any one

Read the posts above and you'll find out about getting the hanger

you have to exchange your tickets and campervan pass for wrist bands , make sure you get the right ones and you go as a group coz they won't let you back in the campervan area with out the wrist bands

The hanging sign is supposed to come with the ticket, you put it in the window of your campervan and then they can wave you through on the day, it also has the diresctions to which entrance you need printed on it.
I got an email from seetickets to say they have sorted the problem and are sending out the hanging signs.
