It's a bit late if it's the Thursday, there are bands on at that time and a lot of people will be a bit spangled and possibly won't make it.

There are usually people who say they were too spangled by 7pm, I can't see many surviving till 9!
Also its getting, if not completely dark by that time - harder to find people etc.
Not really my place to comment seeing as I'm not going, but wahey!
