Queen + Paul Rogers was a top gig!

I have to say, I'm a big Queen fan and have seen them live over the years loads of times. They're a fantastic group.

I've also seen Queen and Paul Rodgers live, they were great together as well. Of course Paul will never replace Freddie, but I reckon he has never tried. It is just a great way to allow the remainder of Queen to tour again with another strong vocalist.

Staberinde is the headliner you've heard about someone massive? Not sure if you'll say but it'll be interesting to see if Eavis is going all out for the 40th anniversary or treating it fairly normal.

2010:
Pyramid:
Fri: Radiohead
Sat: Robbie Williams
Sun: Led Zepplin

Other Stage:
Fri: Kasabian
Sat: Faithless
Sun: Orbital

Let someone remind me next June (preferably at the Cider bus meet) if any of that six come off or not!   :)

F off with your wildly inaccurate Sunday clash  ;)

You can trust the guy I have confided in TSU, when all is said and done, it doesnt matter that much :)

It is all just banter. It's still around 47 weeks to go at this stage, we're all running out of 09 things to talk about, and we need your rumour whether true or poppycock.  :)

If Michael has a hole in his arse he'll pick up the phone to Kate Bush.

The woman is the most unique and underappreciated British talent (Mark Hollis to one side) that has yet to grace the Pyramid.

Close your eyes and imagine hearing:

"Ooh, it gets dark! It gets lonely,
On the other side from you.
I pine a lot. I find the lot
Falls through without you.
I'm coming back, love,
Cruel Heathcliff, my one dream,
My only master."

Pot smokers of the world unite. Your landing gear is down.

;)

You'd give Babooshka something to hang her towels on.

i know! imagine short, fat 14 year old wearing a demented bunny costume!

if you had included poorly fitting in your description youd have pretty much described my mates girlfriend at a party several years ago. bear in mind that nobody else was wearing fancy dress.

Fack U2 and Radiodead, what we want is Hawkwind headlining the Glade doing a full Space Ritual set with Nik Turner and Lemmy, and a bloke wandering about with a big baggy of microdots and blotters - just like the old days!

As for Bob Dylan, Eavis has already told people that he'll be playing next year - so I'd guess that there's a tentative agreement (if not a concrete agreement) that he will. Sometimes things arranged this early come together and sometimes they don't.

I was already carrying around this intense burdensome anxiety about "What If I didn't get a ticket for 2010?"

The above post just made that a million times worse. I absolutely have to get one. Even if I must kill someone that looks a bit like me at the gates.

This speculation business just gets me too over excited.
