I am guessing everybody has a stories of a good old pie eyed person pissed up to their eyeballs at Glastonbury.
These people where very entertaining to me whilst walking to each stage.
One young lad i was watching whilst having a fag break at the Green fields he wondered round for a while well stumbled round for a while then proceeded to lean on a tree to hold himself up and try to fall asleep stood up when he finally released he could not manage this he tried to walk over to the Glade stage only to knock a load of people and try to say sorry but th word never came out right

Lol you would have had to see it to laugh he then eventually after releasing he could no longer stand crash down in the Green field and went to sleep so so damn funny it made my day   ;)

Looks like you guessed wrong :o  Actually, this is something we talked about while wandering the site, you don't see that many obvious drunks at glasto, my theory is that although there is a lot of drinking people 'walk it off' as they travel around so don't get into a totally wrecked state. (there are the odd exceptions of course).

I loved the couple who was fast asleep in the middle of the floor in the glade bar......looked like they had passed out where they had fallen.

We found a major acid casualty in Dragons at about 2am on the Monday morning. Got her hooked up with a campsite crew member who we bumped into later who told us they had finally managed to get the girl to talk and not just stare and whimper and found her friends who dosed her up with a nice cup of tea and she finally knew who she was again!

There was a guy laid on the grass near the pyramid stage when we sat down and suddenly the security woman came over and checked his pulse then she talked into her walkie talkie and another security guy came and checked his wrist pulse they also checked his breathing i was beginning to worry by this point he never moved about 5 mins later an medical Land Rover arrived who then once again checked his pulse then put a plastic pulse monitor on his finger then immediately rushed in the Land Rover and came out with a stretcher and lifted him on it this is when i noticed one side of his face was swollen and he never moved but 1 min after he was put on stretcher his hand moved slightly which made me less worried he was alive but this frightened me.
This guy had curly black hair small framed with a red jacket on and black trousers with wellies on his black rucksack was next to him.
I do hope this guy was alright i tell you he must have been on more than drink that he had had and it was quiet frightening to see as this was only the second day of Glasto Wednesday evening.

Erk, casualties are scary.

We saw a guy by the Queen's head after the thunderstorms on thursday night, falling and getting up, falling and getting up - the kids thought he was hilarious, covered in mud and nearly pulled his mate down with him.

He wasn't  a drunk though, he was clearly a K head. But he was entertaining.

Whilst waiting for Florence & The Machine up at the John Peel tent, 2 girls in front of us, couldn't have been much older than 18.
Both wasted, both decided it was a good idea to take their tops off and proceeded to dance about in bra and jeans and generally fall over a lot. Next thing, one produces a camera, and starts taking loads of photos of the other in various poses. Its a good job they didnt notice all our gang in the background of the shots pulling faces and striking quite ridiculous poses ourselves. Would love to have been there when she dowloaded them and thought who the hell are those people in all our photos!
