I think I may be running into some trouble with them!!!!!

Sometimes I find communication hard but the worst thing now is that we have booked an apartment for 5 of us including airport transfer. I have had email confirmation back in January saying that we are going to be on the 11pm coach from Valencia airport, but when I asked them to confirm on the booking in July they say they have booked us on the 3pm, KNOWING our flight doesnt get in until 9pm. This was due to the fact there isnt enough demand for the 11pm coach so we have to make our own way!! EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PAID FOR IT!!

They did not give us any notification, they just put it on our booking. Plus we are flying out in three days so I have to get this sorted!! I am worried that this company is operating just to make money and not give a good service and how could they do this?! Are they stupid or something?!

OH MY GOD, now they are saying we paid our security deposit 11th July, even though the 5 of us completed payment by 30th June?! WHAT THE HELL?!?!? I even have email confirmation of this also!!!

I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN, THIS IS UNNEEDED HASSLE!!!!!!

I had a few problems with them, telling me i hadn't paid for the transfer when I had. Took about 4 phonecalls to rectify the problem!

I'm sure if you explain your situation once you arrive they will give you money back. Some has posted before saying they are a very small company and take on far too much for their size.

I booked transfers from barca to benni for weds 15th single. Paid straight away, had confirmation, my booking status says confirmed.

Touch wood, so far I have no problems with this company. Lets just hope the coach is there at midnight on weds else we will be in a slight pickle.

I booked the transfers the same way as you did ALL CONFIRMED and they told me on Sunday if there was not enough demand for a coach, they would not run it, not back in January when I initially booked it! They cancelled it without telling me. I have said I want my money back and they will be liable for any extra cost incurred to myself and the rest of the travellers. I am not recommending them to anybody. Unnecessary STRESS.

The worst thing is we gotta make our way to the office from Valencia Airport with limited Spanish in the night! I've only got 2 days to sort their mess out :ph34r:
