depends if you want to be close to the beach and have a longish walk to the festival ground (Benicamp) or vice versa (Campfib)

the one near the beach opens first.

i've always stayed at campfib. first year was a nightmare walking to/from the beach in the heat (although i think that was in the middle of some major heatwave), always had a hire car since then so never had to struggle carrying food/drink... plus you can just stumble back to your tent from the festival ground whenever you want rather than having to trek across town.

Although this has been true before, this year they are supposed to be opening both at the same time. When you pick up your wristband there should be something telling you how full each site is and you choose then which to go into.
