Ok, this company seems like a joke.

I ordered some airport transfers, but due to some confusion on the website I need to change the date of my transfer. I have emailed the company several times now but all I get in response are 1 sentence replies in broken English, the messages seem to be rude and not very helpfull (although not sure if the language barrier is a problem).

Anybody here got a similar experience or am I just unlucky. I just want my transfers changed by 24 hours it shouldn't be too hard!

Someone else had a problem with them a coupl of months ago.

I found them ok, their English is not too good but they refunded me money immediately

We're currently having problems with this company. We sent off our requests and payment for airport transfers on Saturday and all we have to show for it is an email stating that our "request is pending"?

If the company answered the phone, or their emails, I'm sure this problem could be solved  :)

Could anyone at DanespFIB shed some light on the situation?

You should get a "confirmed" email within about 24 hours of ordering according to their site.

I'm still waiting for an answer despite sending numerous emails. Such a poor customer service.

Looks like our problem has been resolved, thankfully. I hope everyone else has their problems sorted soon.

yeah they arent too bad once you get past the language barrier. I just think they are a small company, seriously overloaded at this time of the year

They have just told me they have booked me and my friends onto a coach at 3pm even though they said they'd put us on the 11pm BECAUSE OUR FLIGHT LANDS AT 9PM! If we don't make the 3pm we have to make our own way even though we have paid for it!! I cannot believe this!!

They mailed me asking for my confirmation.

Still have not got back to me confirming our travel time.  Its only for travel between Oropesa and Beni so not too fussed.

Fly out tomorrow can't wait.  COME ON

I'm fussed cos I gotta make my way from Valencia Airport to Orpessa which is 1 hour away with very limited Spanish.  NOT COOL AND VERY INCONVENIENT :ph34r:
