I ordered some airport transfers, but due to some confusion on the website I need to change the date of my transfer. I have emailed the company several times now but all I get in response are 1 sentence replies in broken English, the messages seem to be rude and not very helpfull (although not sure if the language barrier is a problem).
Anybody here got a similar experience or am I just unlucky. I just want my transfers changed by 24 hours it shouldn't be too hard!
