Apart from the pyramid frame and stone circle is there anything else left in place till next year ?

very little - there's infrastructure bits, such as the water pipes, phone systems, etc as well as a few permanent buildings used by the fest such as Goose Hall.

does the frame of the pyramid get left up then? thought that was taken down too...

ahhh, yeah, forgot about that .... some people even come and do a little gardening thru the year.

It used to get left up, tho I know they council made them take it down sometime between the 2005 fest and 2007 (the first time it'd come down), for planning permission reasons I think. So if that's the reason, I guess it'll get taken down again soonish.

It was always designed to be able to be taken down anyway, so I don't think it's a huge issue.

i  assumed the pyramid was always left up all year, without the cover, it's up now obviously:) would be nice if the bbc kept the webcam page up all year
