List of things I'm worried about are:

1. Forgetting something important
2. The ear and throat infection I had about 2 months ago recurring
3. That I'll somehow not manage to meet up with my mates when I get there (travelling alone and meeting them there)
4. That the weather will be shocking (although this is now bottom of the list)

It is weird, despite having been to Glastonbury over 10 times, I always feel a little bit of nervousness just before. Worried about the weather, forgetting stuff and about ending up camped next to a load of w@nkers, but not had any real problems before. Not to mention where to put the tent.

Once the tent is up and we crack open a beer then its happy days! Time to get down to Brothers & the Pie Minister!

dont worry....

- you will always forget stuff.....just like you will always take stuff you dont need...and if you really really need it you can pretty much get anything you need there

- missing the good spots is a fact of Glasto...you cant be in all the right places at the right time..and if you try to be you'll just get stressed...just make sure you make the most of what you do/see/experience...and save other things for next time

- relax...dont plan too many things (see above)...accept that you'll miss stuff cos you stumble across something groovy elsewhere...but that in doing so you'll go home filled with great memories that will keep you coming back

hope you have a totally wonderful time

I've not been to Glasto before but have been to around 10-12 festi's before, But am nervous about tomorrow as

1, I'm travelling alone o n the train with a pop-up tent attached to the back of my bag making me about 3 and half foot wide
2, I'm meeting a work mate (who doesn't have a mobile) and his mate of who i know but have no numbers for and am trusting my mate to distribute my number.
3, it'll rain!
4, when i do find my mates they have camped at the bottom of a hill
5,my clothes wont dry out
6, my small stash will be discovered at the train station/search on the way in

but after I'm on site got my tent up and first beer in my hand i wont give a sh**

Pretty nervous, mainly about the journey down, as I'm driving and I've only been driving a few months and its by far the longest journey I've taken and I'll always be anxious about the various things that everyone else is anxious about and even though I went last year, the whole thing is very overwhelming when you get there but once I've settled in, I'll never want to leave

I'm not nervous.  I've got enough money to last me until pay day, clothes, boots, a ticket, 40 cans of Stella, a bottle of JD (transferred to a plastic bottle), two cans of G&T and two cans of Pimms.

Tip-top!

I can't f**king sleep,
I started the day with apathy at the fact that I was seriously short of short of dough, I hadn't got the job I went for an interview for on friday & that I have just broken out in leporacy style spots on my face.
Nothing has changed, but now, I'm as high as a kite about the fact that in 12 hours, I should just be arriving into glasto....
I'm getting picked up in 7 hours....... I might break into my supplies of smoke to send me off.
