One set of clothes per day. Thats crazy talk
I'll be hoping to do a bit of moonlighting down at the beach with a scrubber and a box of Daz.
I hear salt waters good for the whites!

CmdrGravy can get by with one "tomato" stained tshirt and a pair of underpants.

How easy is it to pick up a tent at Benicassim peeps? Can you pick up a nice pop-up tent at a supermarket or nearby stall?

A wee bump for any newbies. no point in starting another thread  :P

here's a new map as well. the red line is the quickest walking route from campbeni to the festival. there's also a supermarket up the top end(right) of town on the main street for all the campbeni campers.

I don´t think you will be in luck: if I remember rightly, the wristband stands are open from 9AM to 9PM, or similar.

Oh, and quick reply to the tent question (in case anyone needs it): you won´t get one in a supermarket, only places like Carrefour if you are lucky. Best deals, though are at Decathlon: they have a tidy two-manner for 25E (whilst stocks last....)

are wristbands used to gain entry to the arena or to campsites? as i think were gettin there around 10pm on the monday. also will Benni camp be overly crowded to get a decent spot (4 tents worth) by that sort of time?

You will need the wristband for both: they get checked at the entrance to the arena and the capsites. BTW, last year wristband exchange was open 10AM to 11PM (had to check my press pack!). Hope you can sort something if you canñt get in. There are other campsites that will let you in for the night - PM me if you need, and I´ll give you the contact details, or even call on your behalf if you get stuck.

This is a very simple question but since we stayed in an apartment last year i dont know the answer..... to get access to the campsites do you need your armband? and you can only get the armband at the entrance to the festival is that right?

It wont matter at all youll be fine. It says here that people aged 16-17 do not need to be accompanied by an adult but cannot purchase alcohol or tobacco.

Im pretty sure you can bring a note from your legal guardians signing responsibility over to one of your 18 year old friends if you are unsure. Like i said it wont matter though.

There is a thread that goes into more detail here http://www.efestival...p;#entry2591601

Beni essentials....shades (not for the sun but to hide those massive pupils and slitty red eyes) and the biggest recommendation ever....a change of shorts for walking back from the beach. The arse chaffage without doing that on the first day was a killer!
