Worthy FM has just announced Elbow are gunna be at Glastonbury
and could more than possibly be coming to a stage near you.
They are doing an interview later with regards to a possible appearance

Michael did say some months ago that Elbow would be appearing.
Fingers crossed.

This would be AMAZING if true, they've become my favourite band since I saw them on the Other stage last time, can't stop listening to them.
Although this would be weird because iirc, they were at one point virtually confirmed for this year's fest and then it turned out they weren't playing
And if it is true I really hope we find out which slot it is, would hate to miss them.

Interesting.... When I saw Elbow live earlier this year Guy said they definitely would not be playing, he did say they were all attending as punters though....

Ha ha, calm down, calm down! Breathe in...and out!
Do agree with you though, would be great to see them there.

I saw them at Bristol Colston Hall in early March. Part way through the set, a woman in the crowd shouted out to Guy 'see you at Glastonbury!!' His response - 'did you say "see you at Glastonbury" love? If so, sorry - we'll be there as punters but we're not playing'.
Find it hard to believe that has now changed but if it has, I will be there in the front row....

Probably the only band I'ld even contemplate missing Kasabian for in that Saturday night slot at The Park, would love to see them live.

We were indeed! he did say they wouldn't be playing. Although, I've been convinced ever since there was a chance of at least an acoustic set or something....

Exactly the same zlatan, there are very few bands I'd chose over Kasabian but Elbow may very well be one of them even though I haven't seen kasabian before.

I was at that gig too, and heard Guy say that. I was gutted! I couldn't go last year and Elbow are my fave band by far.
That gig was amazing, had goosebumps all over and went into an Elbow obsession for the next few weeks. Heaven!

You're so lucky you got to see them at the Colston Hall, it was sold out when I tried to get tickets.
Aaw that's a shame, would be great if they did play though, have really gotten into their new album lately.
