I went to buy my cans of Pimms from Sainsburys tonight and took great pride in telling the lady at the counter I was off to a music festival and then she asked where and I got to say Glastonbury. I love it! i guess it is because I want to talk about it all the time.

yh, in the queue at sainsbury's i found myself talking to my girlfriend about glasto, just so that the cashier would ask me about it. It's all i can think about, making conversation about anything else has become impossible

My manager is leaving work on Friday, so the email went round work inviting us all out to lunch.
I agreed to it, as long as everyone can have lunch with me at the Cider Bus before listening to Gabrielle Climi. Got a few dirty looks from my colleagues

Likewise, all of my friends at college who aren't going (who are in the minority now) are about ready to kill me for going on about it so much!

I'm surprised my nearest and dearest haven't got together and hired a hit man ... I am driving them all INSANE! But I don't care because, well, I'm not sure if I've mentioned this yet, but I'M OFF TO GLASTONBURY ON WEDNESDAY!

I was at the till in Boots and the checkout lady ran my Glastonbury drug collection through and said "We can't sell you this [third pack of painkillers], the machines worried you're going to kill yourself".
"Why would I want to kill myself, I'm off to Glastonbury in two days!"
She didn't return my giant grin.

ALL my patients know I'm off to glastonbury as it's all I've been talking about for weeks.
Also went off and bought my mead and cider from the local farm shop and got it in to the conversation by explaining that 8 pints wasn't an excessive amount as it was for glasto!!

I've been non-stop nattering about going to Glasto for the last 3 months it's like I can't have one conversation without it coming up! All the randomers in my area know I'm going, my work colleagues just want me to go so that they'll get a break from me talking about it and my family and friends all pre-empt my topic of conversation.
This is my 2nd Glasto and since I knew what to expect, i've been jumping about all excited. I've got one more day of work before I'm off!! WOOT!!
