Looking at the map, one of the camper fields nearer to the Gate C appears to be for family campers.

I will be arriving around 9 or 10 or Wednesday evening with my young son. How do I go about trying to get access to this field.

Anyone with any experience?

You have to ask stewards if you can go to the Family Field. The only problem is, that is might be full by then, but you have to ask otherwise you will be put in with everyone else.

Apart from the proximity to Gate C I don't think there's much difference between the campervan fields?

tbh the stewards are little rubbish in who they direct to the family field and just fill it as they go, well thats my experience of it over the last 9 years. most of the c.v. fields are fairly tame anyway.
