Has anyone downloaded this?  I have but when I try to launch it get an error message saying "symbol ac.a not found."  Any ideas?

How did you go about downloading it - from the Orange website?  What phone have you got?  Have you got internet access on your mobile?

I take it you mean you received a text?  I.e. you'd texted 'Glasto' to that Orange number and they (eventually) texted you back?  (If not, that might be your problem - people have been trying to copy the link to each other, but I think you have to use one that's been specifically sent to your phone number.)

Can you get onto the internet with your Blackberry - have you got a data package with your operator?

What operating system do Blackberrys use?  Is it Windows mobile?  If so, in the text they send you, there should be a link to compatible phones.  Click that link and then select the one that says 'generic'.
