Paisley. About 410 miles.
Sounds a lot but there are many, many more on here who have a lot further than that to get there!

Technically not too bad really but...
I have recently moved to Warwickshire. I work further north in the West Midlands, near Brum and my family and friends (apart from my boyfriend) all live down south in Surrey.
So on Tuesday morning I am travelling from my home to 35 miles north to my wok near Brum. I will be there from about 8am and will leave bang on 5.30. I'll travel down the M40 to my parents place who live in one part of Surrey. The following morning I will travel to my boyfriends parents house in another part of Surrey and then we will all head on our way down to Glastonbury.
So it could be quicker than it is, but isn't that bad.

My mum's from next to paisley, my dad grew up there and my brother and sister were born in Paisley.

Loads of shops and pubs closing down all the time, some serious regeneration needed to breath some life back into the place. Once a Paisley Buddie, always a Paisley Buddie though.
