Just received a text with the link to download it, can't get it on my iPhone sadly so can't tell you how it looks.

Just a heads up for if you receive a text from an unknown number with no content but a link, that's what it be.

Link is http://prov.icomlabs...ing.html?app=gn

The only "new" info I can see is that it contains the Bar Opening Times. I'm sure someone less lazy than me will post them up soon enough.

Ah I wondered what that was.... thought it was some random spam or dodgy link so was about to delete it without opening it!  ;)  (You're sure it's legit right?)  ;)

There seems to be a problem with it.  When I received the link, it sent me to a web-page with a message saying my N95 8GB wasn't a compatible phone.  The OP seems to be saying it wouldn't work with his iPhone either.

There is a way round it.  On the 'Your phone is not compatible' web-page, there is a link to a list of phones from your manufacturer which are compatible.  Click on the phone which is most similar to yours - in my case I clicked on the N81 8GB.  The application will then download.

It's quite good.  As ever, the ability to click on whatever artists you like to build a personalised schedule is the best feature.  It's got a few other little new tricks this year, and it's had a makeover.  It's a bit slow though - like last year.

No - you have to download it directly to your mobile.  In other words, you've got to be able to access the internet from your mobile.  If you haven't got a data package from your phone company, you might be able to get onto the internet if your phone has WiFi.

If you're able to access the internet from your phone, then either go to >this< page on your computer and type your mobile number into the box or text GLASTO to 64446 from your phone.  By return, you will be sent a text message with a link that takes you to the download page.

It's free to use - the only charges are for one normal text message when you send off for the link, and whatever data charges your network sting you for downloading it.  It's approx 650kb in size.  If you've got an internet package with your contract then that should be free.

Any prop heads on here?  I can use it on my Orange SPV E650 but the map makes it give an out of memory error.  Can I get it to go on the memory card instead of the internal memory as I guess that is the problem.  Cheers, NS

The out of memory error refers to RAM.  It won't make any difference where you store it on your phone.  Are you running any other applications at the same time?  E.g. the camera, or mp3s etc.  If so, try shutting those down.

If that doesn't work, don't worry too much - the map isn't anything to write home about.  It's pretty much the same as the map that's been posted on here.  I can't see myself using it - easier to look at a real paper map.

Nothing else running, is there a "task manager" in Windows Mobile?  I used to have a great thing on my SE P600 which just killed all running apps to free up memory.  Thanks for your helpp anyway, as everything except the maps is working I guess I can put my schedule together and memorise the bars!!

I find the laminated Clashfinder my most useful thing at Glastonbury, and it uses less battery, although I did use my phone as a torch to read the clashfinder more than once last year ;)

answered my own question, found the task manager, killed all running apps, still won't do the map but all the other stuff works
