Just what is laughing gas exactly?!  Never been able to work it out, been to Glasto for 5 years and evry time we're up at the Stone Circle there's laughing gas everywhere...
I want to get involved!!!  

What is it, where do u get it, and what does it do?!

IIRC it became a controlled substance a couple of years ago after to much press in the mail etc

but for what its worth i had loads when mrs fur q was giving birth recently and it wasn't much cop TBH

The stuff used in hospital is combined with oxygen whereas the canisters are pure... I think.

is it the same stuff as gas and air when you're in labour? I dont remember doing much laughing if so.

Hmm so it's illegal?  Would never have though it with the amount of people doing it!

It makes you giggle and things go fluffy for a bit (if you forget to take a breath beforehand you begin to pass out and stuff goes yellow and black like you're stuck in time. Don't do that...). Oh and sounds go all repetitve, it's quite good fun but an expensive habit...

Not very secretive is it especially on the stone circle. The sound is annoying actually, not the quietist of highs,  so Im going to have to try some to see what all the fuss is about. How much?

yes the noise (hypothetically of course   ) can really freak you out if your tripping

I know!!  When your'e trying to have a guiet (ahem) night at the stone circle, seems like everyone around you is up to something!

but you have to buy the dispenser as well. everywhere at festivals people sell individual charges. Normally between £1 - £2 each

follow the sound *ppphhhhssssssssssssss* someones doing NOS, lets go over. The noise it makes when u dispense it is a give away.
Makes you go all funny
they cost 40p each from the shop down the road but they sell for a £1 each or if you meet someone really nice £1.50 a double. Doubles are the best

it is nitros oxide will give you the same head as amill nitrate(poppers)

never done it, always thought it sounded pretty cool, but if its like poppers i might give it a miss. i'm back home from uni now anyways and my parents would probably be a bit weirded out if 24 cream dispenser chargers came though the letterbox.
don;t think i'd be busted, but it would defo be a weird conversation.

Nowt like poppers cos you don't get a headache, it's more mellow and giggly whereas poppers are all rushy.

I have only ever had it in hospital, was a very good buzz, if only i knew what was coing next!!! Ouch!!!!
