Speech Debelle is going to be BIG. surprised she is playing there now cause she has had quite a bit of press already.
Fists and Vienna Ditta sound quite promising, despite having a terrible name (Fists?)

The Alfonz are worth checking out....my band has played with them a few times. Catchy stuff and nice lads too.

Zane Lowe will also be doing his show on Thursday night from the Introducing Stage.
Apparently Jamie T and Mike Skinner will be putting in an appearance which is excellent news

I heard this too! I couldn't believe it as I was only in the car for 5 minutes coming back from my run in the park tonight. This has really helped one of my biggest clashes - was hating missin both of these for The Specials but now will get a little bit of everything!

same here, but as it turns out i think if you get your skates on after specials you should make the start of jamie t this is according to the revised main stage times!
but if he's performing at this bbc stage to it should be amazing!

B-
Must try harder!
There's only a 15 minute overlap, plus Pyramid to Jazz distance.. 15 minutes with a bit of strategic positioning for the Specials!
Incidentally am working my way through the demo songs on the Introducing page, am liking the Cashier No9 tune a lot so far, linky.

You should take a look at THE FUEL, young band ( all 17 or 18 ) from Bristol. Won a Battle of the Bands to clinch their spot. Michael Eavis and Kieron Pepper ( Prodigy ) were judges and were impressed. Rather a poor quality video of the final at a packed Colston Hall, but it will give you a flavour.
They are playing on sunday round about noon.

Does anybody know what is going on thursday, is Zane Lowe just doing his show from the stage? will there be live performaces?
I think this is where i might go thursday but it's a bloody long walk, if there is not going to be any live music on.
