I thought this deserved own thread.

Just spoke to See after 20 minutes on hold. Friendly guy read out a notice pinned to the wall next to him that basically said that all remaining parking passes would be sent out today, 17th June. It then said something about please do not log call backs as they will be sent out today.

He also checked my orders and confirmed that neither had been despatched.

See got any pearls of wisdom for all the poor internationals totally freaking out and currently on their planes arriving with no ticket in their hands too?  :ph34r:

I was planning on asking about the internationals  when I called and then forgot after being on the phone for so long, so early in the morning!

They always manage to mess something up each year!

Thanks for that. I was gearing up to call them AGAIN tonight about the missing pass. Ordered 3, received 2 (2 emails - no response - 3 calls and counting). Can't see what's so complicated about ORDER + PAY = DESPATCH!!

137,500 tickets, that's what.

If they were to manage to get their error rate to just 1% of those orders wrong, that's still a sizeable 1375 orders that don't go to plan.

The discontented are a lot more likely to complain than the contented.
