evening all
i was just wondering if anyone has had any joy buying prosecco in cans from Lidl recently? i've seen people talk about them on here a lot, but have tried my local store a couple of times and they haven't had any (have tried asking the staff but it was very difficult getting anyone to actually even look as though they were listening).
i'm considering doing a trek round other stores at the weekend, but i won't bother if it seems like they've stopped selling them.
so, anyone stocked up recently? or know anywhere else that i can get my mitts on some of this sparkly festival goodness?
thanks

Whats the alcohol %age?
There was a review in a link which seemed to describe it as totally undrinkable. Mrs NS is not that fussy (Tesco Cava does the trick), but it needs to be reasonably dry and above 11% otherwise it can just taste nasty! I gave up looking and we are planning to decant some Cava before we leave home and take it in a cooler.

It's very drinkable and being in one third of a bottle cans means a) no glass and
it doesn't go flat over the duration of the festival. It's dry and 10%.

ffs. I have avoided this thread as I honestly believed Prosecco was a type of Italian mushroom.

Now I want some on the basis of Grumpyhacks comments, and our local Lidl was sold out last week. Will try again on Friday on the way home from work.
