Anyone who saw Blunto on the Pyramid stage last year will be in agreement that "Beautiful" was the 2008 glasto anthem.

I think most people feel it was Elbow performing One Day Like This or MGMT playing Kids...........Well thats from reading this forum and talking to fellow goers last year.............TBH this is the first time I heard Mr Blunt being mentioned as a Glasto moment...........

I concur! James Blunt and Glasto anthem in the same sentence? WTF?!

Crowded House - Weather With You as the sun was blazing down was pretty special too!

OK, I wasn't going to do this in any other thread but seeing as this thread is about the forum and it's users can I say one thing?

PLEASE CAN PEOPLE LEARN SOME BASIC GRAMMAR AND PUNCTUATION?

* Their, they're and there are all different. There is no reason for people to keep getting it wrong in their posts, they're just lazy.

* Questions end in a question mark. Do you understand?

* Sentences start with a capital letter. You see?

That'll do for now.

Rant over.

You need a comma after the first use of 'thread', your use of the word 'seeing' is redundant and you have an erroneous apostrophe in the word 'it's'. Do you want me to go on? If you're going to be a clever tw*t, it definitely pays to know what you're talking about. And you clearly dont.

I dont think the 180,000 in front of the pyramid stage when "The Bluntster" was on would agree with you?

Offending?

Please elaborate.....

Liking James Blunt cannot be considered as offensive...
As you insist, I seem to remember some rather silly "straights at Glasto" type threads, and you seemed to have it in for veggies too. All water under the bridge; but you did ask me to elaborate.

Not if a teacher does it. I am not a teacher by the way, but I was trying to be funny, so you have to allow for comedic content.

Yes a straight meet up as an alternative to the Gay meet up.  Sounded fair enough to me.
