Just as well, as part of the "Leave no Trace" scheme, I hear Eavis is handing out biodegradable Tampax made from potatoes this year at the gate.
The cows will thank you for it, ladies.

Got my Norethisterone prescription from the docs this morning, thank goodness - mine would have been due next Wednesday, probably around the time I'd be putting the tent up
(erecting a tent combined with menstrual cramps
not a combination to be unleashed on the unwary
)

Fortunately this was never a threat for me this year..
Only because i'll be 5 months pregnant by next week.. EEK!!
Slightly worried how i'll manage but determined i'm still gonna have a wicked (as always) glasto!
Quite looking forward to seein it all sober/straight for the first time actually..
Have a drink for me everyone!

a few years back (infact 10yrs
aghhhhh !) I went to a festi 5 months preggers too, It was fine.. and shocking too being so sober ! ..... one thing I did find was I suddenly developed an intolarance to being deprived of sleep at night by any noisey's, never had a problem with being disturbed by festi goers enjoying themslelves at night before then or anyone disturbing my sleep, but the preggy hormones must have kicked in and I would find my self unable to stop myself apearing from my tent at night and telling random noisy people off, mostly my friends and god help yopu if I heard anyone snoring in there tent ......
"rah rah rah ! " ..
quite awful of me really !

Ha ha.. you can get away with anything when pregnant tho! I find i have much less patience lately when faced with people bashing into me in shops etc.. mainly cos it seems they are walking round with their eyes closed thinking their shopping needs are THE most important of the day. Hopefully i'll show a bit more understanding for the festival folk and them me, if not i'll just poke their eye's out with my brolly/sunshade
