Hello, hope there's someone who can help on this - we're returning from holiday on the same day Faith No More just happen to be playing Rock en Seine in Paris this year, and so are obviously desperate to go.....however we're driving, and will only have the £££ for the one day, and the website says camping's only available for weekend ticket-holders too....

Is there anyone on here who's been before, who knows if there's any handy nearby hostels/etc - or if at 1am (or during the day even) it'd be possible to sneak into the camping area despite just having a day pass like how Reading used to be (still is?), as we'll need some sleep before we finally head back to the uk. For that matter, does the festival have parking too?! (or anywhere nearby?) the website is very keen for punters to use the metro to get there..

questions questions.....a bit of a long-shot, but.....!

thanks....

I have been to Rock en Seine a few times but always stayed in a hotel in the centre and used the Metro.

The Park is on the western edge of the centre in the 16ème Arrondissement. It is quite urban but you could drive and park there for €11 a day.

There are loads of etap hotels all over Paris and they are pretty similar to a Travelodge for about €50 a night.
