I know this is the V Festival Forum and before anyone thinks this is spam I'm not involved in planning this festival but thought I might suggest it to the Staffs / Derbyshire based people who are doing V (which I am).
The festival is Sky Fest at Biddulph Grange on Sunday 12th July and its advertised on here, I know someone who was involved in planning this and its a 1 day event with some local bands and a few of touring bands. Headliners are Crave and Hawkwind.

He's also trying to organise limited 'free' camping (small donation to the self-sufficient Jimmy's Farm style people offering the land is welcome).

If anyone objects to this being on here PM me and I'll take it down, but its just some info as it should be good.

they normally do an event called Folk in the park on that weekend and that always brings a good turnout so it should be a good day/night...

Doubt i'll be camping with living in Biddulph but you never know - my mates love any excuse to stick a tent up and sit around drinking beer lol
