another promblem as you point out, the buses, if you felt the bueses didnt go to the standard you expected, thats your opion, i thought they done really well on the friday there was lot of angry people due to the concert ending so early it was no ones fault the bues took so long you try moving 6,000 people in the space of half an hour. which was made even longer due to the increasing volume of more and more people tryin to get back, there were 5 staff memebers of danesp tryin hard to get everyone home, unhurt and respectfully on time. but with the crowd control no-one was taking any voice seriouse i witnesed many angry tired,drunk and maybe drug inflected people tryin to get on a bus even know they had no clue were it was going... the staff done well to make a system and a queing system was made. this system was then carried on from saturday and sunday. no problems.

regarding the other things that happend over the period of time i was there, was just another excuse for people to have a go at either dan him self or one of the lads in a blue top, they took a lot of stick and tried hard to make sure everyone was ok. things took time but they did get corrected at the end. the water is another subject why come to spain and complain the water is not hot when your are in a hot place, you need to think about the comments your writting and maybe use the COLD water you had to chill the f**k OUT.. NEXT year it will be completly differnt if your unhappy with what has gone voice it but dont point the fingers at DanEsp. You are the ones that made things worse by complaing a not enjoyin your vacation a lot of people paid 1,000īs for this and they spend more time tryin to voice there opions on the matters that were at large, if you have a problem or enquiry just stay patient and not take it out on the blue shirts there just tryin to do there jobs, but made worse by threts and other stupid activites.

this year is over now, so please try and forget and look forward to 2010, things may look bad now but next year there a glance in the past. i cant wait for next year i hope it will be much better and we can just laugh out loud about this at FIB next year
Great first (only) post.  We have a word in English for people like you, it's c**t.

Obviously you're connected to the company that has f**ked things up for some or even many people.  Blaming your poor excuse for customer service on them is hardly going to do you any favours.

Telling people to forget about problems and to get on having fun is no argument at all, when people have paid lots of money for a standard of service that then isn't provided is bad enough; double booking accomodation and then refusing to give the affected people their money back is criminal.

Well let's hope this will be the end of it - the festival community should try as hard as possible to make sure your pockets are not lined next year.

oi f**k face, for one. they wernt double booked, we didnt get the apartments in time. its not a f**kin hotel you dick edd your renting apartmetns, another thing you can suck on my balls, i worked for them i had a shit time end of. so dont give me your little bitch about payin lots of money wow a grand, my co-worker is gonna probley spend 10 times that on theorpy after you lot not you as indivual f**ked his head up with all your shit threatning him or giving him abuse. you lot shud be a shamed of yourself.

as for coming back do one. im not part of danesp. it was expernise which i dont want to do again. you lot make me sick, being british.. you lot are dirty low life scum. have a good day prick face.

If you worked for them with your attitude towards British people, no wonder there were complaints. Were all the staff as rude and resentful as you?

You were employed to provide a service. You might not have had control over the problems encountered by some customers, but with the right attitude you might have diffused the situation.

I work in a customer service role, and we're very aware that we represent the organisation as a whole. I know from personal experience that if people think you're trying to help they usually calm down.

Blimey. I used Danesp for the first time this year, although it was my 3rd time at Beni.

After the initial, 3 hour wait for apartment keys.. and the first nights bus fiasco. I'd say the boys in blue did a good job, seeing some of the stick they got I doubt i'd have had their patience. The screaming matches we witnessed because people had 'lost' their bus tickets was a joke, and only meant the rest of us suffered, the fiasco caused by the festival closing and the need to transport X amount of people that should have been spread over an evening was done pretty well in all fairness.

220 Euros for a week in an apartment 100yrds from the beach, with a private pool and a bus transfer to one of the best festivals in the world... brilliant.

PS. I didnt even realise the apartment had hot running water so couldnt tell you if it didnt work..

do you honestly believe what you are saying? you have come on here, bad mouthed everyone and swore at every opportunity trying to make a point? all you make is us think you are a complete idiot. next time get a clue and try make a decent argument.
if people pay you to provide a service they are entitled to voice their complaints if that service is not provided or standards not met. this is common sense, common decency and good common customer service knowledge. maybe try learn that and you, and your ex company, will fare better in future.
insults aren't really the way forward, however your parents must be so proud.

for one i was rather angry and i voiced at a bad time and for two you paid danesp not me, like you! im intitled to an opion and i'm not makin an argument so get that striaght.  How dare you speak about my language have you actually read what has gone on and off the park? iv been insaluted, verbely abused and even worse the words i wish you die of aids, even befor i'v commented on anything.

so i do have the right too post what ever i want, you can comment on this or anything else i have written, as much as you like cause this will be last comment you will read from me, have a good day and thank you for your postive but neagtive comment. i aint even bothered to go into deatil about this too my parents what has gone on, whats the point? something i would like to forget about and not go on about everyday for the rest of my life, hope you can use this bad experience to help you out next tmie when booking with a forgion company
