Righty - as stated on the website ticket page
# ONCE PURCHASED, TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
# TICKETS WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL APPROX SIX WEEKS BEFORE THE FESTIVAL ITSELF
# A BOOKING FEE OF 4.5% WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR PURCHASE - THIS INCLUDES RECORDED DELIVERY POSTAGE - it also includes printing, paypal fees and the cost of employing someone to put tickets in envelopes
# LGO Limited cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged tickets once delivered and signed for.
# All ticketholders consent to being photographed, filmed and sound recorded for TV, radio, video, DVD and any other public broadcasting medium as part of the audience
Hope this clears up any ticket queries that there may be.

FYI.
Tickets have started to go out as per website notice. The majority will start to be posted from Monday by recorded delivery and as with every year should be with you by the beginning of August.
