Might be, not sure.

They do refill in some pubs I go to here in Ing-er-land too - usually backstreet locals places.

But obviously the festy bars can't run that as policy.

(I didn't know it was law myself either - it was wbc-worker I learnt this from. I trust his knowledge on these things.).

no, you pay a £2 deposit the 1st time you buy a pint and then you hand your 'glass' in everytime you want another beer. then at the end of the festy you give in your last cup and get your 2 quid back.
we simply didnt hand back our 'flowery' cups when we got one (only about 10% are marked, the rest are plain clear pastic) and then paid another £2 deposit for our next pint

that ensues ZERO cup litter at the fest, as people will not simply throw £2 away, whereas at V & reading ive seen numerous people throw away thier cups that cost them 10p extra

Anyway either way on the cup issues,  I still propose a large Brothers tent, away from Jazzworld...  with lots of bins... maybe akin to Queens Head.. it could even have a little stage in it,

I suppose there isn't much enforcement of no refill rules in locals!! But I see the point that they couldn't do it at glasto if it's illegal!!

I second the motion for brothers to host the funk and soul stage, but I do wonder if that happened would I see any of the rest of the festival!!!!
