*edit* ive re read everything i can about the pre booking service and am still rather uneasy about the situation, please help - ive given more detail and edited the post so it makes more sense.

Hi there, 09 is my first event that im going to so im a little uneasy regarding the pre-booking service n wanted to run things by some of he vets before i jumped the gun so to speak.

A friend and I have used the pre booking service using the deposit of £61.50 obviously the transaction under the terms of conditions states we needed to book before the 31st of March, of which i did (27th of march).

The ticket terms n conditions are linked here : http://www.globalgat...09/ticket-terms
The problem i have is i have my order number, and i can log in to the Ticket master website. However there is NO option what so ever to 'complete' the transaction. Ive had no further emails from them giving me the supposed 'dedicated link' to pay the rest of the amount due. Quoted from GG 09 : 'You will be provided with a unique password and dedicated link via email to the Ticketmaster website which will allow you to pay the balance due.'

As there is now 4 weeks remaining before the total balance is due, im starting to panic now as i want to get it bought n payed for. Am i doing something wrong? has anyone been able to pay the rest of the amount due yet?

Help please

Apparently they are aware that things are behind.

It should be sorted by Friday they say, otherwise give them a call.

Bagelzend have you heard from them yet? I've not had the email either.

This appeared in my inbox on Saturday:

"Further to our previous correspondence, an email will be sent to you early next week detailing the process you will need to follow to pay the balance on your account."
