This is so that an upgrade can be made to one of the servers.
The upgrade is the final part of some upgrades made across the system this year, and which should have happened earlier this month, but which couldn't happen because the wrong parts got sent. Hopefully, they've sent the right parts this time (tho won't know for sure until trying to do the upgrade).
Following the upgrade, the eFestivals servers system will have even more increased capacity, meaning that they'll be able to cope far better at the busiest times.
