Hi there wonder if anyone can help me, I normally stay in a tent but me and my friends are staying in a camper van this year. I understand that a camper van ticket only allows 4 people, however the camper van sleeps 6/7 so does this mean i need to buy 2 tickets or do they allow only so many per camper van?
Also i would like to know when i buy my ticket on friday do i still need to buy a full weekend camping or just a weekend pass as we will be buying a camper van pass too ?
Last questions ........ are you allowed to put up a smal tent at the side of the camper van just to throw all the wellies in on a night ?
Thanks in advance

Hey,
They only allow 4 people per campervan im afraid
and also no tents at the side as its a 'fire hazard'.
You need to buy a full weekend with camping for every person staying in the campveran and also one campervan ticket.
Hope that helps! xx

they only let you have 4 campervan wrist bands per ticket, this they do enforce , so it's buy 2 tickets or try and find some kind soul that has spare places on their ticket , I have 2 spare at the moment
you still hace to get a weekend with camping ticket
tents depend on how the security feel on the day , so can't really help you there with a definate answer

I took this off the v site:
There is a separate field on site for campervans, etc. Due to fire regulations, pitches are marked out. If you have purchased a pitch you are permitted a maximum of 4 persons sleeping within your pitch. If you have more than 4 people you must purchase an extra pitch. Each person sleeping in your pitch must have a weekend camping ticket.

Hi there
You can have 10 people in the camper van providing you have enough tickets to cover this. The first year we went in a Campervan there was 6 of us. We had to purchase two camper van tickets to allow us entry into the campervan field, the amount of pitches isnt the issue its the number of wrist bands needed to gain entry to the field, hence why they will only allow 4 per ticket.
