But u work 4 them so of course ur gona say they r reputable. Little bit misleading to talk about demand in recent yrs if u aint been doing coaches to the festivals before......

and anyway i was askin if anyone else has used bgc b4, which it doesnt seem they have. and how have u managed to get travel and ticket selling rights off national express? or are you national express in disguise?

Well shabading you are a curious fellow,

Big Green Coach have 100% NO affiliation with National Express - either directly or indirectly.

The Festival organisers themselves are in control of who they grant ticket and travel selling rights to - so I guess you would need to ask them why they haven't granted these rights to other companies.

As I mentioned before -  we have worked extremely hard building up strong relationships with the festival organisers who fully support our business and are keen to work with us - hence OFFICIAL provider status.

I'm sorry you felt 'mis-led' by the way in which we phrased a reply to another member - but as I have also previously stated our timetables are based on general demographic information. Low numbers of people attending the festival from Brighton in previous years = low DEMAND for coach travel.

I am happy to answer any further question regarding specific journeys you may wish to purchase to this festival.
If you have any further concerns regarding how reputable our company is then please speak to V Festival themselves for confirmation of our OFFICIAL status or check out the link manlikemoley kindly provided http://www.vfestival...big-green-coach

hi there....we have booked with big green and this our first time to V...so just have a couple of questions, if thats ok?
*I wondered if there is a limit of how much we can take, and if we are able to go back to the coach to get more stuff? Its just my friend and I going, so I am a little worried about how much the two of us girls can carry?

*I also wanted to know if we are allowed to have anything to drink on the coach?

*I am taking the 11am time slot....and coming from Reading....what sort of time, are we going to be able to actually set up camp, after all the queing etc?

*if there was a problem nearer to the time, and we cant end up going, would we be abole to sell our tickets?

i am sure I will have more questions, but at the mo, thats what I've got!lol....xx

If you're worried about carrying stuff, then I would get a couple of foldaway trolleys . . . http://cgi.ebay.co.u...bayphotohosting

I got a couple of these last year and they were a life saver!!!!!!

HA HA HA!! This is hilarious! Just got this email from National Express:

From: National Express Coaches  [mailto:newsletter@update.nationalexpress.com]

To:
Subject: Hello, Urgent info - Big Green Coach bookings to V  festival

Information about 'Big Green Coach Company' bookings to V Festival

  • Coach travel to V Festival is now being operated by National Express.
  • All Big Green Coach customers will now be travelling direct to the festival with National Express and all current Big Green Coach tickets will be accepted.
  • Departures to this years event will be from your local National Express departure point, these along with the departure times can be found on our departure information page.
  • If you have purchased a travel and entry ticket package, your V Festival entry ticket will only be issued once you arrive at the Festival site - you will need to provide proof of coach travel so please carry your coach ticket with you.
  • All Big Green Coach Customers should make themselves aware of the National Express' General Conditions of Carriage and should you have any problems please contact us.

So has Big Green Coach gone bust or what? Is National Express going to be the same shambles as last year? Will I be held hostage again for 5hrs again by a psychopathic Turkish woman coach driver???
