I've also no idea how popular the festival is... When do tickets start selling out and what's the capacity?
Just a few thoughts...

It's not actually in Lison, it's in Oeiras in the Alges riverside. http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=Oerias&am...20Barra,%202780 That shows how far they are away. Car hire or train between the two?
If you stay in Oerias then taxi to and from festival. Beaches seem pretty close to Oerias. Not sure about the tickets or capacity, but they've been on sale for a few weeks now.

last year Dylan was headliner, and after him Within Tempation played.
same happened next day, after awesome Neil Young gig, we had Ben Harper.
so DMB might not be the last band playing on saturday nite

Line Up:
Day 9
Main Stage: Metallica (Headliner), Slipknot, Lamb of God, Mastodon
Second Stage: Klaxons, TV on the Radio, Erol Alkan, Crystal Castles
Day 10
Main Stage: Placebo
Second Stage: The Ting Tings
Day 11
Main Stage: Dave Matthews Band (Headliner)
Second Stage: Los Campesinos
Some say this year the indie bands are confined to the secondary stage. Another odd thing is NIN and JA confirmed for July 12 in Oxegen and not in T in the Park, so I guess they are a strong possibility for July 10. Adding the fact there are some similarities with Sonisphere festivals...
Oh, and Chris Cornell is rumored to play on the 11th

Any ideas what the best way to get to Lisbon airport straight after the headliners? Also how much does it cost to get around Lisbon? Any places of interest you would recommend or beaches to chill?
