i personally am very excited about Killers/Oasis being a massive fan of both
and i thought killers were amazing in 07
never seen Oasis and cant wait:)
plus kasabian! and i missed James in 07 and have regretted that, especially after their latest album
and ive also got really into Keane since Perfect Symmetry and would love to see them too
in my opinion V is looking amazing:)
btw, wen it says TBC, how likely does that mean it will be? I remember last year the big rumours of Coldplay and the disappointment was unbearable...

I hope they'd hurry up and announce this years lineup.

Kasabian were the highlight of V'07 without a doubt and I'd love to see them back. I'm off to see Oasis supported by Kasabian and the Enemy in June so it could be a double whammy year.

If the rumours page is true, this line up is terrible! Got to be the worst V line up ever?

I didn't thank it was that bad last year as had plenty to see - clashes were the worst ever IMO!!!
I do wonder actually what you expect/want to see playing at V as band playing V tend to be similar to a number of other festivals tbh
Agree not blown away with rumours so far as bands do like already seeing at own show - roll on monday

Killers, Oasis, Keane, James, Kasabian, Bloc Party, Snow Patrol, Elbow
Sounds to me like a classic V line-up, what else were people expecting?
And in my opinion that sounds like a great line-up if it turns out right and may even rival 07 which i thought was brilliant too

I am just just fed up with festival i think, i find the line ups very lazy, look through all past years line ups and you can predict what will be there to a certain degree. Could make a lot more effort IMO!!!

It's horses for courses really, if you been to V or T.I.T.P. before then you know what music you're gonna get ie; Indie / Pop-Rock.
Go to Download for Heavy rock / Metal etc, Creamfields for Dance
