Hey, i just wanted to see what peoples views are on P!nk making an appearance at the v festival, as a huge p!nk fan i would love to see her at the v but i wouldnt be to gutted if she doesnt as i am going to see her a few times already this year (Can't wait!)

I personally think she may make an apperance as she realeased her latest album funhouse back in october which is brilliant! and has been a sucess like her previous albums and she does not have any other events between aug 11th and october 14th so fingers crossed

so what i want to know is if you think she will make an apperance??

and

If you would like her to?

And any other comments to please

I'm wondering how you pronounce her name with an exclamation mark in the middle of it? P ! nk. Do you over emphasize the 'P', then mutter the 'n' and the 'k'?

Its just pink really but she spells it with a ! instead of a i

I hope she does play. There's so much going on over the V weekend I find it hard to get the time I need to stick drawing pins in my knackers....Pink playing would give me at least an hour to dedicate to this preferable experience.

Wow!  That's way more information than we needed buddy!!  I'm sure there will be some period of girlband/pop cheesiness (ie: Alphabeat/Girls Aloud of 2008) that you can use to erm... entertain yourself in!!

I've been a Pink fan since her early days and would love to see her at V. Already gonna see her in Nov but she can sing live. I'd rather have Pink than other 'pop' type bands - at least pink writes her own songs, she's got an amazing (and varied) back catalogue plus like Jade said the timing with her album release and other tour dates means it is possible.

Well I am goin to see her in October anyway.  But I think she's fab so I could go see her at V too!!  

(Or I could go watch some random push drawing pins into his knackers knowing that I would still see her in October!!!)

I got forced to see her at V and ill admit she is very good live and good fun..

I say the 'P', do a slight 'gasp' and then the 'nk'.

And no, I wouldn't like to see her at V. Would be a waste of a slot in my eyes.

She was very good at V last year.  I don't what the the chances would be of her appearing 2 years in a row.  I would advise all the doubters to give her a look in if there's nothing else you would definately want to see.   I'll be catching her in April and I'm giving V a miss this year.

She will surprise you with how good she is live!

Didn't really want to admit it but I have seen her live and not at a festival either. She was shite, just an act, might aswell gone to watch a dance recital, at least I wouldn't of had her politics and anti war crap forced on me then.

Edit:  It was more of a lezza fest than an actual gig.

She played in 07 not 08 so im thinking that she could very well play this year and really hope so.

I saw her in 07 and loved her, i have alwayz been a p!nk fan so would be great for her 2 play but not a huge dissappointment if not as she is doing a tour

I cant believe some people think she is rubbish live its mad how people hear things differently rwell each 2 there own and all that lol.

I think she may well make an appearance this year - saw her in 2007 and thought she was brilliant, had me in tears when she sung Family Portrait.  I really like her, she is a great performer, puts on a great show and I like her attitude!!!  take no prisoners!!

I can't stand her, her music shite IMO

I can't see her there this year either to be honest, Lily Allen and Duffy are ruling things at the moment and will both be main stage at V this year, where would Pink fit in?

Too many shit acts like Pink are ruining festivals IMO, radio friendly "music" for the masses for those who can't be bothered to search out music of a better quality or substance. The fact V fest gets more and more of these sort of acts every years is another reason why i won't be going anymore!!!!
