Well the master has regenerated way beyond his 13 lives (12 regenerations, your 13th body dies [if you are a time lord]) and he managed to restart his regeneration process and get back to 0. I guess the doctor could do the same...

Well, I am quite relieved - I think he looks about right. His interview manner seemed to be quite eccentric as well, so I think he'll be a great choice.

Not that we can properly judge him until spring 2010, but I'm quite pleased.
