Is 2010 gona b a gap year?

I've always wanted to go to Glastonbury and after just watching the Glastonbury film, I definalty want to go!

I cant afford to go next year. But fingers crossed for 2010, but was just wondering will that be a Gap-Year for Glasto Fest?

I don't think they'll have a gap year tbh. I know it's to do with crops and cows but their's too much competition now. If they miss out for a year then T, V and Reading/Leeds will move in and Glasto will loose out. ME isn't that daft.

Aye , and Mr Eavis is not particulary sport friendly , so I cannot see him pandering to it.

He only showed the England / Portugal match back in 2004 , cos he was advised to , to prevent traffic

chaos.

Again, the security companies have nothing to do with the Olympics It's not like the Gvnmt. are all expecting us to pull together and do something for the Olympics

I like many on here are gutted with the gap year but we are guests on the farm and if the don't want to do it one year it's their parogative (sp). Moan all you like give reasons as to why it should not happen but there will be a gap year at least you will know the weather will be good that weekend. It also gives you a chance to try out the smaller festivals.
